Have the courage and curiosity to explore your past traumas or life experiences that have held you back or block your ability to move forward.

Lean in to what you discover and fully embrace it as if it is the present moment you are witnessing.

Take time to connect, recognize the pain or suffering, hold it, forgive it, and release it.

Bring it forward with your, find space on the bench to allow this part of you to be present with you always.

Forgiveness does not mean you give in or let it off the hook. It means you recognize it as a part of your past and you have the strength to release it into the universe. It does not go away, it takes on new energy to help you be present and know you are ok. You are appreciated and you are here because of who you are. You have purpose. Otherwise you would not be here at this time with Mother Earth.
